RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have purchased our shoes through one of our stockists, you will need to return your items back to the place of purchase.
If you have purchased your items through our website and are eligible for return or exchange, please email our customer service team at email@example.com.
We only refund items if they are faulty or damaged. In the extremely rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our sales team WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Only full priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on sale items. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
We do not refund for a "change of mind". We are happy to exchange your purchase for a different size or style. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense on all exchanges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

ENZI kids will cover shipping costs if your purchase is faulty or damaged. However, customers who are exchanging their purchase for a different style or size, return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
ENZI kids will process returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving the returned items.
